Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these App Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Independent App

Football Cup 26 is an independent app made by Snow Haus. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or otherwise officially connected to FIFA, any confederation, national association, club, league, player, venue, broadcaster, data provider, or sports rights holder unless Snow Haus expressly states otherwise in writing.

3. App Store License

The App is licensed, not sold. If you download the App from the Apple App Store and Snow Haus has not provided a custom license agreement in App Store Connect, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to your license to the App. These App Terms govern your use of Snow Haus services, content, features, and App-specific legal obligations.

Subject to your compliance with these App Terms, Snow Haus grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple's usage rules.

4. Accounts

The current App does not require a Snow Haus account and does not create a user profile with a username, password, or Snow Haus sign-in. Some features depend on your device, local storage, Apple services, or anonymous Snow Haus device/session records.

5. Football Cup 26 Pro

Football Cup 26 Pro is currently offered as a non-consumable, one-time in-app purchase. It is not a subscription. Product availability, pricing, taxes, family sharing, purchase approval, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple through the App Store.

Pro features may include expanded simulations, tournament paths, match insights, multi-team following, and premium visuals. The exact feature set may evolve as the App is updated. If a Pro feature depends on live sports data, network access, Apple services, or third-party data availability, that feature may be delayed, limited, or unavailable at times.

You can restore purchases in the App through StoreKit. Refund requests must be made through Apple unless applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Football Data and Availability

The App displays football information, including fixtures, scores, standings, squads, player information, match incidents, statistics, venues, kickoff times, and tournament structures. This data may come from Snow Haus systems, public sources, licensed or third-party providers, Apple services, and editorial curation.

Football data can be delayed, corrected, incomplete, unavailable, or different from an official source. The App is an informational companion, not an official match authority. Verify important information with official sources before making travel, safety, financial, attendance, or other consequential decisions.

7. Simulations, Analysis, Weather, and Travel

Simulations, bracket paths, probabilities, standings projections, match analysis, heat-risk indicators, weather context, travel estimates, and similar features are for personal information and entertainment. They are not official results, betting tips, gambling advice, travel guarantees, weather warnings, safety instructions, or professional advice.

8. Notifications, Widgets, and Live Activities

The App may schedule local match reminders, update widgets, and start Live Activities when you enable or use those features. Delivery depends on iOS, device settings, Apple services, network connectivity, match data availability, and backend availability. We cannot guarantee that every notification, widget update, or Live Activity update will arrive at an exact time.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the App or related services for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes;
• scrape, harvest, bulk export, resell, or redistribute App data except as expressly permitted by Snow Haus in writing;
• interfere with, probe, overload, or bypass App security, rate limits, attestation, sessions, or backend systems;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except where applicable law prohibits that restriction;
• use the App in a way that violates third-party rights, including sports data, trademark, copyright, privacy, or publicity rights.

10. Intellectual Property

Snow Haus owns the App, software, design, text, original editorial content, interfaces, and Snow Haus marks, except for third-party content and marks. Third-party names, marks, flags, emblems, logos, player names, venue names, data, and related identifiers remain the property of their respective owners.

The App may use competition, team, player, venue, and similar names or identifiers descriptively to identify the football subjects being discussed. That use does not imply ownership, endorsement, sponsorship, approval, or official status.

11. Third-Party Services

The App relies on Apple and other third-party services for features such as App Store distribution, in-app purchases, notifications, Live Activities, maps, weather, directions, calendars, operating-system diagnostics, and sports data. Your use of those services may be governed by their terms and privacy policies.

12. Changes and Suspension

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App or related services at any time. We may update these App Terms from time to time by posting the updated terms and changing the "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated App Terms.

13. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." SNOW HAUS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNOW HAUS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, DEVICE FAILURE, OR INACCURATE SPORTS DATA ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP OR THESE APP TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNOW HAUS'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP OR THESE APP TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SNOW HAUS FOR THE APP FEATURE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $100.

15. Governing Law

These App Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Your local consumer protection rights may still apply where they cannot be waived by contract.
