World Football Legal Notice

This Legal Notice supplements the Snow Haus Privacy Notice and Terms of Use, which govern your use of World Football (the "App"). In case of conflict, the Terms of Use govern.

1. Independent App

World Football is an independent app by Snow Haus Studio LLC ("Snow Haus"). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or otherwise officially connected to FIFA, any continental confederation, league, national association, national team, club, player, venue, broadcaster, data provider, or other sports rights holder unless expressly stated by Snow Haus in writing.

2. Names and Emblems

World Football uses the names of competitions, teams, players, and venues, along with national flags, to identify the subjects being discussed. Where a national football association itself is the subject of an informational view — alongside its founding year, registered membership, or governance scope — the App may display its public-facing emblem in that context. This use is descriptive and identifying, consistent with nominative fair use.

All third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. Snow Haus claims no ownership in them and does not use them as Snow Haus branding or to imply official status.

3. Football Data

Football data presented in the App — fixtures, scores, standings, squads, statistics, kickoff times, venues, and match status — may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Verify with official sources before making consequential decisions.

4. Simulations and Analysis

Simulations, probabilities, bracket paths, and match-analysis features are estimates for personal entertainment only — not predictions, betting tips, or official advice.
