How do I report incorrect football data?
Send a support request with the match, team, or schedule item and a short description of what looks wrong.
Can I view matches in my local timezone?
Yes. Match times are automatically converted to your device's local timezone.
Maps
How do maps work?
Maps help you explore participating nations, venue locations, and nearby areas for supported stadiums. Search also supports players, nations, and venues.
Why can't I see a stadium map for some teams?
Some teams, venues, or competitions do not currently have complete mapping data available.
Can I open stadium locations in Apple Maps?
Yes. After selecting a stadium, tap Get Directions to open directions in Apple Maps.
Countries & Competitions
Why are some countries missing?
Football Cup 26 focuses on nations competing in the tournament.
Can I filter matches by country?
Yes. Open a nation's page and choose View Tournament Path to see that nation's matches and possible route.
Why do country flags or names appear incorrect?
If you notice incorrect country information, send a support request with the country name and screenshots if possible.
Player & Team Stats
How often are player statistics updated?
Stats are updated regularly during and after matches, depending on data availability.
What player stats are available?
You can view goals, assists, appearances, cards, minutes played, and more where the data is available.
Why are some player stats unavailable?
Some competitions and providers do not publish complete player-level statistics.
How are team rankings calculated?
Rankings follow official standings and tie-breaker rules for the relevant competition.
Brackets & Simulations
What are simulation brackets?
Simulation brackets let you predict tournament outcomes and generate possible matchups.
Can I save or share my bracket predictions?
Yes. You can save and share supported brackets with friends.
Why did my simulated bracket change?
Your saved simulation stays under your control. It changes when you edit picks or scores, or when you choose to restore it to current tournament data.
Can I update my bracket simulation to reflect actual scores?
Yes. Use Restore Current Table in the bracket simulator to discard score edits for that group and return to the current tournament table.
Widgets & Notifications
What widgets are available?
Widgets may include live scores, schedules, standings, and tournament brackets.
Why is my widget not updating?
Make sure Background App Refresh and notifications are enabled. Widget refresh timing is also controlled by iOS and can be affected by Low Power Mode or connection quality.
Can I customize my widgets?
Yes. You can select specific teams or groups for supported widgets.
Why are notifications delayed?
Notification timing depends on device settings, internet connection, Apple Push Notification service delivery, and live match data availability.
Accounts & Data
Do I need an account to use the app?
No. You do not need a Snow Haus account to use Football Cup 26.
How do I restore my preferences on a new device?
Football Cup 26 does not currently use a Snow Haus account for preference sync. If you restore from an iOS device backup, iOS may restore local app data. To restore PRO, use Restore Purchases in the app. Device-local preferences and simulations may need to be set up again.
Why can I only select one favorite team to follow?
The free version includes one favorite team. Upgrade to PRO to follow more than one team.
