Football Cup 26

Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Snow Haus Studio LLC ("Snow Haus," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in Football Cup 26 (the "App"). It supplements the Snow Haus general Privacy Notice. If this policy and the general notice conflict for Football Cup 26, this policy controls for the App.

Football Cup 26 is designed as a factual football companion. The App does not require a Snow Haus account, does not ask you to sign in with Apple, does not sell personal information, does not use third-party advertising SDKs, and does not track you across apps or websites.

1. Summary

In the current Football Cup 26 app:

  • No Snow Haus user account is created.
  • No advertising identifier or cross-app tracking is used.
  • No analytics SDKs are used to collect app launches, taps, clicks, scrolling, searches, or behavioral usage statistics.
  • Most preferences, simulations, reminders, calendar links, recent searches, and widget snapshots are stored locally on your device.
  • When you enable notifications or Live Activities, the App sends Snow Haus the anonymous app-install/device identifier, app version, platform, session/security information, standard API request metadata, push-related tokens, and the match/team alert settings needed to operate those features.
  • The anonymous app-install/device identifier is not linked to your name, email address, Apple ID, Snow Haus account, or other real-world identity.
  • Football Cup 26 does not currently send first-party crash, hang, exception, or standings-divergence reports to Snow Haus.
  • Apple processes certain Apple-service requests, including App Store purchases, APNs, ActivityKit, App Attest, MapKit, WeatherKit, and Calendar permission flows, under Apple's own terms and privacy policies.

2. Scope

This policy applies to Football Cup 26 for iOS and related Snow Haus services that support the App, including the football API at Snow Haus-controlled domains and Football Cup 26 pages on snowhaus.studio. It does not apply to unrelated Snow Haus apps or child-directed apps, which may have their own privacy notices.

3. Information We Collect or Process

Device, Session, and Security Information

To operate sync and protect the API from abuse, the App uses an anonymous per-install device identifier generated by the App, a short-lived Snow Haus session token, platform, app version, and App Attest challenge-response material where supported. This does not include your name, email address, Apple ID, contact list, or payment-card details. Snow Haus does not use this identifier to identify a real-world person and does not combine it with advertising, account, or third-party identity datasets.

Our API and infrastructure may also process standard request metadata, such as IP address, request headers, timestamps, and rate-limit state, to operate the service, prevent abuse, investigate reliability issues, and keep the API secure. We do not use this information for advertising, marketing, product analytics, or cross-app tracking.

Push Notifications and Live Activities

If notification permission is granted, iOS may provide the App with an Apple Push Notification service (APNs) device token. The App sends that token to Snow Haus with the anonymous device identifier, platform, and app version so match reminders and server-initiated updates can work.

If you follow teams or matches for alerts, the App may send Snow Haus the relevant team IDs, match IDs, and enabled notification event types for that anonymous app installation. Snow Haus uses those values only to decide which alerts to send to that device.

If you start a Live Activity, ActivityKit provides a per-activity push token. The App sends Snow Haus the anonymous device identifier, match ID, per-activity push token, ActivityKit activity ID, and whether frequent Live Activity updates are enabled. This lets Snow Haus update the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island for that match and stop updates when the activity ends.

Diagnostics

Football Cup 26 does not currently send first-party crash, hang, exception, MetricKit, or standings-divergence reports to Snow Haus. If we enable first-party diagnostic reporting in a future version, we will update this policy and our App Store privacy disclosures to describe the diagnostic data collected and how it is used.

Purchases and Entitlements

Football Cup 26 Pro is a non-consumable in-app purchase handled by Apple's StoreKit and the App Store. The App checks purchase and entitlement status through StoreKit and caches an entitlement flag locally so Pro features can continue to work offline. Snow Haus does not receive your payment-card number or full Apple account credentials.

Website and Support Information

If you visit snowhaus.studio or contact us for support, we may receive standard website and communication information, such as email address, message content, IP address, browser/device metadata, and server logs. That website/support information is also governed by the Snow Haus general Privacy Notice.

4. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores several categories of app data locally on your device, including:

  • favorite teams, venues, pools, recent searches, language, appearance, measurement, and reminder preferences;
  • followed-match reminder settings and pending local notification schedules;
  • calendar associations when you add a match to Calendar;
  • simulation scenarios, score edits, prediction state, and Pro usage counters;
  • cached tournament, match, team, venue, weather, widget, and Live Activity display data.

These local items are not Snow Haus account records. They remain on your device unless a feature specifically sends a related value to Snow Haus, such as followed team IDs, followed match IDs, enabled alert types, or the match ID and push token for a Live Activity. Deleting the App removes ordinary local app storage from the device, subject to iOS backup and system behavior.

Calendar

If you choose to add a match to Calendar, the App asks for the calendar access needed to create or update that event. The event can include match title, kickoff time, venue, and a Football Cup 26 link. If access is denied, the App can generate an ICS file locally. Snow Haus does not collect your calendar contents.

Maps, Weather, and Venue Context

The App uses venue, airport, and city-center coordinates to show maps, venue context, travel estimates, and weather. The current code does not request your precise location. Apple may process MapKit, Look Around, directions, and WeatherKit requests as part of providing those Apple services.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • operate tournament sync, live scores, widgets, and Live Activities;
  • send or schedule notifications you enable;
  • verify devices, rotate sessions, secure the API, and prevent abuse;
  • confirm and restore Pro entitlement status through StoreKit;
  • troubleshoot reliability problems when you contact us for support;
  • answer support, legal, privacy, or rights-holder requests;
  • comply with law and enforce our terms.

We do not use the App's anonymous device identifier to measure audience size, build behavioral analytics reports, personalize advertising, or profile users across apps or websites.

6. How Information Is Shared or Processed

We do not sell personal information. We do not share World Football data with advertising networks for cross-app tracking.

We may share or process information with:

  • Apple, for App Store purchases, StoreKit entitlement checks, APNs, ActivityKit, App Attest, WeatherKit, MapKit, Calendar, and operating-system diagnostics;
  • cloud infrastructure providers, to host Snow Haus websites, APIs, logs, databases, and security systems;
  • sports data and content providers, to receive and process fixtures, scores, standings, squads, venue, and match data;
  • professional advisers, authorities, or transaction parties, where required for legal compliance, safety, enforcement, or business transfers.

7. Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. In practice:

  • session tokens are short-lived and rotated;
  • push tokens and Live Activity registrations are updated, removed, disabled, or allowed to expire when they are replaced, invalidated, deregistered, or no longer needed;
  • support and privacy correspondence is retained as needed to respond and keep a record of the request;
  • local app data stays on your device until you change it, reset it where controls exist, or delete the App.

8. Your Choices

  • You can enable or disable notifications and Live Activities in iOS Settings.
  • You can unfollow matches, change reminder preferences, and remove favorites in the App where those controls are available.
  • You can grant, deny, or revoke Calendar access in iOS Settings.
  • You can manage App Store purchases, refunds, and family sharing through Apple.
  • You can delete the App to remove ordinary local app storage from the device, subject to iOS backup behavior.

Because Football Cup 26 does not use Snow Haus accounts, privacy requests about backend records may require enough information to locate the relevant anonymous device record or support correspondence. Email privacy@snowhaus.studio with your request.

9. Children

Football Cup 26 is a general-audience sports app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the App. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at privacy@snowhaus.studio.

10. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we process, including TLS for production network transport, device attestation where supported, session tokens, and access controls for backend systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. International Processing

Snow Haus is based in the United States. If you use the App or contact us from outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. If changes are material, we will provide notice in a manner appropriate to the change.

13. Contact

Privacy questions and requests may be sent to privacy@snowhaus.studio.
