Football Cup 26 Legal Notice

This Legal Notice supplements the Football Cup 26 Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. It is written for Football Cup 26 (the "App"), an independent iOS app by Snow Haus Studio LLC.

1. Independent App

Football Cup 26 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or otherwise officially connected to FIFA, any continental confederation, league, national association, national team, club, player, venue, broadcaster, data provider, or other sports rights holder unless Snow Haus expressly states otherwise in writing.

2. Football Identifiers

The App uses competition names, team names, player names, venue names, national flags, codes, rankings, and related football identifiers in factual football contexts so users can understand what tournament, match, team, player, or venue is being discussed. Where an association, team, or competition is itself the subject of an informational view, the App may display a public-facing emblem or logo as a small identifier in that context.

This use is descriptive and identifying. Snow Haus does not use third-party football marks as Snow Haus branding and does not claim ownership of them. All third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Sports Data

Football data in the App may include fixtures, scores, standings, squads, player profiles, statistics, kickoff times, venues, match events, and match status. Data may come from Snow Haus systems, public sources, third-party providers, Apple services, and editorial curation. It may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, unavailable, or different from official sources.

Football Cup 26 is an informational companion, not the official record of any competition. Verify important information with official sources before making consequential decisions.

4. Simulations and Analysis

Simulations, bracket paths, probabilities, standings projections, match analysis, weather context, heat-risk indicators, and travel estimates are informational and for personal entertainment. They are not official results, betting tips, gambling advice, weather warnings, safety instructions, or professional advice.

5. Apple Services

App Store purchases, StoreKit entitlement checks, APNs, ActivityKit, MapKit, WeatherKit, Calendar permission flows, and operating-system diagnostics are Apple services. Their availability and processing are governed by Apple terms, policies, and platform behavior.
