A few quick answers
What can I make with Duo Create?
Explore drawing prompts, stories, poetry, and gentle reflection activities. Start with a little inspiration, then make it your own.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
Core creation works on your device without a Snow Haus account or an internet connection.
Where are my creations saved?
Your creations are saved locally on your device. Open My Duos to revisit saved drawings, writing, and reflections. Export work you want to keep elsewhere before deleting the app or changing devices.
How do I share something I made?
Add a drawing stroke or some writing, then use Share to export your creation through the system share sheet. Including your creator name in a shared export is optional and starts turned off.
What should I include in a support request?
Tell us which activity you were using, what you expected, and what happened. Include your device model, operating-system version, and app version if you can. Please leave private stories or reflections out of your message unless they are needed to explain the problem.
For app help, put “Duo Create support” in the subject and include the activity and device you’re using.
